By accessing, deploying, or managing this software, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in the applicable End User Licence Agreements (EULA) including but not limited to those of Korelogic Limited and any additional or third-party terms that you may have agreed to in conjunction with your use of this software. Please ensure compliance with these terms to maintain the integrity and legality of your software usage.

Copying, reverse engineering, framing, scraping or redistribution of this software is prohibited.

Automated Access and Data Collection

These rules apply to everyone who uses this site, its apps or its APIs, unless Korelogic Limited has agreed otherwise in writing. You must not:

• use bots, scrapers, crawlers, headless browsers, scripts or other automated tools to access this software or its APIs;
• call the APIs other than through the official apps and websites for this platform;
• collect, copy, monitor or compare prices, menus, availability, offers or other data from this software, in bulk or on a schedule;
• let an AI agent or assistant use this software or its APIs for you, or use any data from it to build, train, test or improve AI or machine learning models;
• get around rate limits, bot checks, access controls or other technical measures, for example by faking a browser or rotating IP addresses;
• place an unreasonable load on the software or its infrastructure.

The software, its APIs and the data they serve are protected by copyright, database rights and other laws. We may limit or block access that breaks these rules. This does not stop search engines from indexing public pages in line with robots.txt.
